TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT<\/h2>\n

We employ the most extensive range of cutting-edge technology for quality control and the development of new projects and formulations (rheology and extrusion behaviour tests, colormetry, LOI oxygen index measurement equipment, fluidity index determination, etc.).<\/p>\n

We are also backed by the direct support of the companies in our group (Shin-Etsu, Cires and Previnil), as well as the collaboration provided by different Technology Centres.<\/p>\n

    *This company is carrying out the project “REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSORS IN THE CURRENT COMPRESSED AIR INSTALLATION WITH A COMPRESSOR WITH A VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE,” supported by the aid program for energy savings and efficiency in SMEs and large companies in the industrial sector, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and managed by IDAE (Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving) using funds from the National Energy Efficiency Fund, with the aim of achieving a cleaner and more sustainable economy.<\/p>\n

    \"\"The planned investment amounts to \u20ac185,169, with a planned aid of \u20ac9,370. Energy savings are projected at 152,600 kWh per year (20% compared to the previous situation).<\/p>\n

    The company is also participating in a research project under the 2016 RETOS-COLABORACI\u00d3N (Challenges-Collaboration) call for proposals. The project budget has been financed by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.

    *This company has received 100% co-financed funding from the EU’s REACT-EU program, through the 2014-2020 ESF Operational Programme of Navarre, as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

    The project \u201cValorization of recycled polymers and natural fibers in the production of WPC-type composites for corrugated roofing (SuRFA)\u201d has been approved by CDTI within the Spain-Malaysia Bilateral Technological Cooperation Programme, file number IDI-20230045.\"\"<\/p>\n

    Its main objective is the development of new WPC composite materials by combining recycled polymers and waste natural fibers, promoting a reduction in raw material consumption and environmental protection through material recycling, waste valorization, and the promotion of a circular economy. This will enable the development of building elements, especially roofing, to address shortcomings in current materials.<\/p>\n

    *This aid is eligible for co-financing by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF 2021-2027).<\/p>\n

    The \u201cLHC Warehouse\u201d investment project has been co-financed by a grant from the Government of Navarre \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

    The investment project for a Coperion extruder line, dust extraction system, and weighing room control<\/p>\n
